Wednesday 20 November 2024We placed our order at 5:50. At 6:30 the app said it was delivered and to enjoy our meal. It wasn’t. I called up the dominos we ordered from and he said he was very busy and just said sorry it’ll be another 45 mins. At 7:30 the app then yet again said it was delivered. It wasn’t. Got to 8pm and it finally showed up, looked at the pizza box and it said we ordered at 7:11. We didn’t, as previously stated we had completed the order at 5:50 so in other words our order was forgotten and wast acknowledged

Tuesday 19 November 2024Took nearly 2 hours to arrive, the app was not updated to indicate a delay or new time and there was no courtesy call, the food just didn’t arrive. When chased (via the app) after 75min, the time was updated to 90min, which came and went. The store was then called after 100min and they insisted the driver was 4mins away, again this time came and went. In the end it arrived after approx 115mjn. JustEat prompted the option to request a discount for the terrible service… the store declined :(
