Sunday 02 February 2025We first placed the order at 19:54 and the app said it would take 20-40 mins for delivery. It then said it had been delivered (enjoy your food) when it had not been. When it finally arrived 21:02 it was cold! We called the restaurant at 21:07 who apologised and said they would get us some fresh ones out within 20 minutes. We waited another hour and 20 minutes and the driver got lost so when we finally revived the second log it was also cold! 2 hours and 20 mins and no hot food! Shocking !!!
