My food was delivered late, and when it finally arrived, it was freezing cold I attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times to inquire about my order, but I received no response. To make matters worse, I was only informed that my food had been delivered half an hour later by hotel staff, who should not be responsible for notifying me about my order Given the circumstances, I demand a full refund for my order.
