Tuesday 13 August 2024I ordered cheese and bacon fries, they were shocking undercooked and like mush, and some chicken kickers that were like rubber, honestly 18quid for some scabby bits of chicken and the rest went in the bin, VILE, I won't order again

Thursday 08 August 2024My order was listed as delivered but did not arrive. I am staying at a hotel who can vouch for not having received this. Upon calling dominos I came to find they sent my food to the wrong address, I requested a cancellation when discussing the matter with the manager, I was abruptly cut off mid-conversation and told the order is cancelled, they would contact Just Eat & there was no need for further discussion. Just eat have refused to refund me & dominos have been busying my calls
