just eat app disappointing…no tracking no time …..it took one hour to get food

Hi there, We do apologise about the time, however you was told and aware of the accident blocking the way to your house. To add, Just eat do not offer tracking as the drivers are from the store. This is something you would have to take up with just eat. Not with the store. Thanks, Management.
