rarely able to get delivered and takes forever

Really disappointed. First time ordering. We ordered at 7.10 and was given a delivery time of from 8.15-8.35 which I thought was a long delivery time. And then it arrived at the very last minute. And was the worst tasting Chinese we’ve ever had. Flavourless and not cooked out properly. A powdery flavour to one and a gluey consistency to another. Not good at all. Won’t ever order again.
