Delivery was very quick. Food arrived cold, the chips were all hard and barely any potato, all little hard bits and no full chips. Clearly overcooked and left out all day. Last time we ordered the food was perfect but this time it was shocking, I wish I listened to the reviews regarding the chips. Instructions are never read either. This used to be a lovely Fish shop but now the quality is not up to much and no effort is put into making the food.

I ordered because it said delivery in 15-20mins but they just kept adjusting the delivery time and turn up just over a hour later than I ordered and food was cold.

The fish and the chips were very dry and crunchy. The fish hasn’t been cooked fresh, it’s obviously been under the light for a while. Disappointed as we always order from here and normally very pleased, but not today!! So that was £26 wasted. Very unhappy.

there seemed to be a system blip, as driver called me saying I'd cancelled the order, after assuring him I'd not cancelled, he told me another order had same problem?
