Diced spring chicken marinated in yoghurt and spices, cooked in a tandoor, then cooked in ground flour, butter and then deep fried.

Meat is mince. Triangular pastry filled with flavoursome minced meat.

Meat or Chicken Stuffed Pepper. Whole pepper stuffed with mince lamb or chicken filling then coated in breadcrumbs.

King prawn marinated in special yoghurt sauce, cooked in tandoor.

Scottish salmon soaked in tandoori spices and cooked in the tandoor. Dry.

Minced meat. Button mushroom shallow fried with a keema (minced meat) filling then coated in breadcrumbs.
