Thursday 24 October 2024Driver from the restaurant called and asked for my just eat code, I gave it him assuming he would drop the food off at my house whilst my partner was in waiting and I was in work, instead he decided not to deliver the food and take off. Just eat and the restaurant refused to speak on this so I was out of pocket nearly 26 pounds.

Sir I’m so sorry but we don’t have our own drivers we use drivers assigned by Just Eats. And we had this conversation over the phone where you spoke to me (the owner) and I told you that we can’t change your address. On our system it shows the food was delivered to the address you gave. Please do not give confirmation codes unless the driver is in front of you. However since you have experienced this inconvenience, we can give you a half price discount on your next walk in order. Thanks.

Tuesday 22 October 2024Garlic sauce is watery, the chicken wrap is slimy lettuce with old lettuce the chicken burger is extremely salty so if you have high blood pressure stay away and the apple pie slices are NOT, it looks like McDonald’s pie repackaged. Never again.

I’m sorry that you didn’t like the food but we use fresh lettuce everyday it might’ve gotten soggy because of the duration of the delivery. As for the pie, it might look similar to McDonalds but like most restaurants, we get ready made frozen apple pies we don’t make our own. But since you experienced this, for your next walk in order, we would like to give you a discount.
