orderdered a cake for my husband birthday, almond and hazelnut to surprise him. I always buy cakes from cake shop as I love their freshness and victorian sponge which is lovely. for the first time I was embarrassed with the cake I bought, as soon as I cut it the cream started falling in pieces,crumbling. didn't think of anything at first, as soon as I started eating I realised the cake is OLD feels like 4 days old. call the branch and refused to be attended. Totally unacceptable

It was a surprise gift and no one was home. The delivery person was very patient and delivered the food way on time and in perfect condition. Definitely deserves a raise! and a bonus! Thank you so much...I was able to delivery a bday cake from another country for my sister. Means alot!

The food was smashed/damaged when we received it. The cheesecake was too filling and very sweet overall not satisfied with the order.
