We're sorry you feel that way. However please be aware it is the way the system works unfortunately, your order came through to us as a 'pre-order' as we don't open the shop until 4pm and the delivery driver doesn't start until 4:30pm and your order was cooked fresh at this time and sent straight out for the scheduled time of 16:40.
