Special Karahi Bhoona Dishes

These dishes are cooked in a karahi (metal bowl).

The beautifully rich flavour is achieved by using a special method of cooking with fresh ginger, garlic, green peppers, finely chopped onion, fresh coriander & fresh spices.

All tandoori dishes are specially baked in an authentic Indian tandoori clay oven on skewers & are served with salad, basmati fried rice & large curry sauce
