We always use this chippy, however, this time had dreadful experience. App said food would be with us between 19.20 - 19.40. Rang restaurant at 19.55 as food still not arrived. Just got answer phone message saying they would ring back but they never did. At 20.09 app said food on way. Finally arrived at 20.35!! was told short of staff and no drivers. Phone needs to be answered so we know what the problem is. Food was cold and one item missing. Will not be ordering from here again.

When the food was delivered it was lukewarm, I’d rang the restaurant and they weren’t very helpful and was told it should have been delivered before it eventually arrived
