food is mostly nice from here. tried to contact from 8 until 9 then finally arrived a hr n half late. food was cold and no explanation why it was so late. will not order from here again due to that although I've ordered several times and it's always been nice. no explanation for tight being 1 n half hrs late

The food was cold and in edible. The burger looked like it had been kept underneath a heat lamp for several hours

Hi Olivia, We don't even have the heat lamp as our food gets delivered as soon as cooked. We never cook and keep it under the lamp.
