I kindly ask you to contact me concerning this order, the above mentioned criteria does not apply but the program did not allow me to submit this complaint without selecting something. We were staying in a hotel (without car as we were hiking) and made a delivery order. After having placed the order, the restaurant called the hotel informing us that they did not have anyone to deliver the order, so they had to cancel it. Nevertheless, even though the restaurant cancelled the order (and no food was delivered), I have received my banking statement informing me that the money for this order was taken from my debit card. When will I be reimbursed? As I don't live in the UK, I don't want to be reimbursed with a just eat voucher. Thank you in advance.
