The driver only picked up one item out of the five items ordered handed me the bag I gave him the code. I’ve opened the bag he drove off. There’s only one item in there his phone that he called me from isn’t receiving texts or calls so he’s been paid for doing half a job…. Now I’ve had to be on the phone for ages to the manager at the restaurant. they can’t get hold of the driver either and you’re not gonna help show you refunded the other items or my other option was to pay service charge and delivery fee again for one of your staff’s fault. I’m really not happy about this.
