Food was packed in containers, then placed sideways into the bag, food was so greasy and oil leaked all over the other items.

The vegan burger was nice but wasn’t one of the best I’ve ever had. I asked for an added vegan chicken burger but it came with a vegan beef one instead, and the patties were somewhat dry and not as flavoursome as others that I’ve had. I liked the tater tots, but again the order was incorrect as I’d paid extra to have sauce and “fakon” but neither of these things came with it. The cheese balls were something different and were nice, but very greasy and a bit much after a few bites.

It said the order was collected at 17.57 and got to me at 19.40 the chicken fingers bbq was a little bit warm the burger was cold and the super fries was lukewarm would have been nice if it was on time or a little late but yeah very disappointed sorry

I ordered extra bacon rasher for 2 burger and it wasn't there. the food was on time but clock cold won't be ordering again

The food was nice, however ordered two chicken burgers and the chicken pieces were tiny noticed they took chicken off the menu after our order so not sure if they tried to scrimp the last pieces together, also bit heavy on the sauce in places
