food came very late, milkshake came dripping from cup and waffles arent the same anymore at all. not fluffly at all looked a bit overcooked tbh and they give u less for the prive now

I've orered many waffles from here but tonights was horrendous it looked more like a pancake than waffle, normally two of us can have half each and its just right but the one tonight even when folded in half still didnt look like a waffle.
