Food was colder and too moist. Bag of food not sealed off. Food on delivery need to be seal at all time to give some insurance that food wasn’t tempered with.

I watch my arriving time was pushed half hour later at beginning, and then the driver was near my place for more than 20min without calling or finding my place so i start chatting to the customer service hopefully to find the solution and only been told my order is still in process need another 5 min to pick up and 15min to deliver to me. by that point it was already almost an hour from the original order time. Then 20min later i still didn't got my food so I got in contact with the customer service again, and only been told my food was already been delivered 20min ago. so after this almost 90min wait not only i didn't got my food, I also didn't got any refund from the order i didn't get, or a compensation re-order, and i have to wait for an investment team to get to know why i didn't received my food. I don't know how just-eat and their partnership with the third party company, but the communication is faulty if i've been given different answers on same order within 20min, and the solution i'm very unhappy about. for a restuarant which is 10min walk down my road to wait for an order never show up for 90min is not worth it. Avoid at all cost.

The story begins on September 9th, 1890, the day little Harland is born in Henryville, Indiana. He spends his early years making his way around the southern states, trying his hand working as a steamboat pilot, railroad fireman and farmer. When Harland turns 40 he buys a roadside motel in Corbin, Kentucky and begins serving his southern style chicken. By 1935, his restaurant is doing so well he is commissioned as "Kentucky Colonel" by the state governor, for outstanding achievement in the community. Finally, in 1939 the Colonel perfects his unique blend of 11 herbs and spices that are still used today...and still top secret. The Colonel dons his iconic white suit for the first time and from then on, wears one every time he's out in public. Seven years later, another icon is born. The KFC Bucket o' Chicken. A network of franchisees grow across the USA and by 1964, the Colonel feels it's time to slow down, and sells the KFC Company to investors. The Colonel quality remains high and the first UK restaurant opens the following year. By 1976, the Colonel is named the 2nd most recognisable celebrity in the world after an independent survey. His legacy lives on through his Original Recipe chicken and the company logo adapts over the years, with the Colonel's face remaining at the forefront of the design. In 2006, the latest logo gets introduced in a big way, spanning 87,000 square foot of the Mojave Desert. To create healthier food and lower the carbon footprint, palm oil is replaced with rapeseed oil in the UK in 2011. There are now over 860 restaurants in the UK, one that becomes a concept store in 2014. So why not order from KFC using our online partner @ just-eat.co.uk for delivery or collection.

Thicker, Chunkier, Tastier Fries have landed and they’re Finger Lickin’ Good. The added chunkiness also means they keep their heat for longer, so they’re delicious even when they arrive at your doorstep.
Please note: fries won’t be automatically added to your meal unless you select them as an option.
