Burger was good chips were cold and hard driver was ringing me couldn’t understand a word as he had a face mask on which would worry people about opening the door

Food wasn’t delivered to me. I waited at reception of hotel for a hour and a half. 2 hours later the hotel reception found it left at the gate of the hotel. It was freezing cold and we just threw it in the bin. £27

When we ordered the expected delivery time was 15-30 minutes. We ordered at approximately 4.45pm and delivery was 6.30pm. As a result we were late to an event. The food was cold and the burgers were badly put together.

Burger was slightly under done and partly pink, so inedible. Not only that but most of the milkshake was melted. I feel letdown and that I wasted my money.
