ordered at half 5 with 20-40min delivery, order was accepted after 5mins but delivery time kept increasing, called at 7to find out what was going on and was told their system didn't get my order until 6.40 and a driver hadn't turned up yet. they promised me a fresh cooked order. driver just turned up at 7.25 with my cold order, receipt showed it was printed at half 6 with a 6.40 delivery time

I ordered at 19:05, original time said 45 minutes to deliver. Delivery time kept getting pushed back, I called the restaurant 2 times to be told the order had left, but didn’t get delivered until 20:50. Wouldn’t order again for delivery.
