Driver got totally lost. Clearly did not use a sat nav. I gave instructions over the phone which where ignored. The driver just used a supermarket cool bag. food arrived cold

There was a burger missing from our order. It was my son’s birthday and that’s why we ordered out. It was my son’s burger that was missing. Called the restaurant and they were no help at all. This is the 2nd time lately that this has happened with this app and tbh I don’t see the point in continuing to use it when there are others out there. I hope to get my refund promptly.
