Delivered to wrong person by the time we found it was opened and cold was in hotel so couldn’t re heat

when you ask for plain food they give you burgers with everything in it when I have severe allergies and it was a £20 burger. the restaurant manager made the mistake and was extremely rude too. he openly admitted that he makes lots of mistakes and wouldn't rectify the situation at all.

Weird quality today, worse than normal. Burger patty was very bland, felt like it was barely seasoned. Burger bun felt drier than normal and fries were very dark and limp, tasted quite old
