The courier would not give me my food even though I had the code due to his app being down. I said he could take an image of the number from my phone- not interested . I said I could call the restaurant tell them what happened give them the number- not an option. My food was then cold and had to reheat. Quality as always except but the experience this time wasn’t great.

I ordered a bacon burger and it came with cheese on that I did not request as I don’t like cheese so the burger was inedible. Just Eat are refusing to refund the order which is poor service.

When we ordered we were told it would take half an hour. It ebded up taking 1&1/2 hours to get to us. We wouldn't have ordered if we knew that would be the case. I ended up with a migraine as i was so hungry. Wouldn't be acceptable in a restaurant
