the delivery time just kept getting longer and longer. the chips were cold and the burger bun was soggy.

Never received our food. £41.94 down and had to order a McDonald’s due to waiting so long. Ordered at just after 8pm eta time kept increasing and by 22:15 I contacted the restaurant as was still showing order preparing. They informed me that the order had already gone and would of been with me an hour after order was placed. Today when I went on just eat app now showing delivered and I’m now struggling to get a refund
