I don’t mind waiting for food when it’s late for good reasons but not when they’ve got over 35 orders and we wait over 2 1/2 hours for food that is unacceptable in the hospitality world so why is it acceptable in this world especially when the order was just a bag of chips and a simple kebab

had a phone call when it was almost an hour late saying they'll be with is in 20 min, 50 min later we finally received hour food, we'll over an hour it too all together

Best fish and chips we've had for ages. The cod was perfectly cooked. I ordered a large chips to share between 2 but this could have been shared between 4. Still order large as they freeze well for a later date.
