They took my money and didn’t give me anywhere near the right thing. And didn’t fix their mistake when I sent it back. I’ve got no food and waited over 2 hours

Was given wrong order completely and I called them and they just said basically they got a new driver who must have got them mixed up and there was nothing they could do I was to come onto just eat and complain to get my money back when I asked them to just send out my correct food they said no. Will never be going back here

Not happy with the pizza being cut into squares when it’s normally cut into slices. Forgot to include 2 sauces I ordered and didn’t do the stuffed crust either.

Ordered a grill box. Got a box of cold Donner meat, no chicken wings, or lamb or any of the other things advertised. Was missing 5 cans of juice and all of the sauces. Food was freezing. £36!! Called the shop and they said they were too busy to deal with it and hung up the phone. I order from here quite frequently, won’t bother from now on.
