I ordered this meal at 19:04, estimated delivery time was 19:55...IT IS 21:00 AND I AM STILL WAITING!!!! (yes I have called them, lame excuse about a slow driver - how slow! Is he riding on a snail??)

My food arrived over an hour late and it was so cold it was inedible- you can’t use the call restaurant button as it doesn’t go through and when I complain they gave me £3 of a £20 order back
