Thursday 21 December 2023Order was delayed for over an hour. When it arrived it was cold, had to throw most of it out. Not impressed after spending over £75 too. Terrible service.

Hi there its such a shame for your bad experience with our partners just eat , unfortunately this is a common problem with our JUST EAT partners and their delivery drivers, it is one of our slowest partners and despite your order being ready within 10 mins the drivers took so much longer to arrive and as a result you got your food late . we do not have this same experience with our other partners and we will also be introducing our own delivery service as a result. please pop in anytime so we can incentivise you with a huge discount due to the errors our just eat partners are causing for our customers. much thanks
