order the family chicken box and to honest some pieces of the chicken was like it was old chicken refried and one piece of chicken I took a bite.tasted funny my partner smelt it and he said there was a funny smell to it

Very bad experience.I ordered 2 hours in advance.My guest left before it was delivered.And my food was cold.I want refund.
