Well. I can’t get my money back so I dropped where i payed. Food comes different then what was ordered. Refund expecting a picture of wrong order. I refuse to follow it because my word should be taken seriously restaurant knew about it but because of it they didn’t pay me back for restaurant mistake. I think they should expect pictures from restaurant and not customers as we don’t have signed contracts with them. We pay for service and it wasn’t exact service i have paid for. I can’t described a food but this is a policy that restaurant made with this delivery agency so even if they apologise I haven’t eat and lost my money

I was the one who originally spoke to you and informed you this was a mistake on our part, when I spoke to JustEat they initially informed me it was in your hands to claim a refund even though I had admitted liability. I was also informed this should be easy and straight forward for you especially as I had called them to make them aware of our mistake. Normally these matters are resolved by JustEat and completely out of our hands. I can only profusely apologies for this experience.
