Absolutely shocking service, not sure whether this is a JustEat or Franco Manca issue, but there was only one rider available to collect around 20 pizzas. We were called 15 minutes after the planned delivery time to be told that this was the case, then the restaurant put it on us to resolve. As the food was for a big group event, we had to send someone in a tax (at our own expense) to collect. There is no support visible on the JustEat website and no way to put in a complaint, which is very concerning. We had no way to reach anyone to ask for more riders and were pretty surprised that the restaurant put it on us to sort out. The taxi cost us over £30 for the round trip and food arrived about an hour late on top of all the stress. Food was good and still warm which was the one saving grace, but definitely won't be using Just Eat or Franco Manca Holborn for future events.

Neapolitan sourdough pizza, as it should be. Our dough is made on site every day and all pizzas are made fresh to order. To enjoy our sourdough pizza piping hot at home, simply preheat your oven to 200-220 degrees, remove all packaging and pop in for around 2 minutes. Ordering alcohol? We may ask for ID on delivery.
