We ordered at 12:30 for a lunch with clients, and we got ETA 13:00 which was a deciding factor in choosing this app and the pizzas for our client lunch. As the ETA got closer we kept getting a delayed time. I called the restaurant as we were already 20 mins late, affecting our schedule. The restaurant told us food had been picked up but app suggested otherwise. The food arrived cold and our clients were dissatisfied. This is not acceptable so are willing to offer a refund for the poor service ?

I DINT GET MY PIZZA. Staff WASNT ABLE TO HELP ME. Someone STOLE My FOOD. I Was waiting for my order 2 hours! DONT ORDR FROM THIS PLACE! It’s JOKE!!! Stole my money , my time and still no food! Staff in restaurant wasn’t able to HELP WITH ANYTHING. Driver even didn’t collect my pizza ! BIG MESS AND JOKE!!!! DONT ORDER!!!

5 minutes from the restaurant at work, food was cold, and bindle was missing items. cheesy garlic bread literally only had lumps of garlic on it.

Neapolitan sourdough pizza, as it should be. Our dough is made on site every day and all pizzas are made fresh to order. To enjoy our sourdough pizza piping hot at home, simply preheat your oven to 200-220 degrees, remove all packaging and pop in for around 2 minutes. Ordering alcohol? We may ask for ID on delivery.
