i placed my order at around 1330 and it arrived at 1700. all the salad items were wilted from where it had spent 3hrs in a heater. the avocado was literally dark green, the help I have been offered on just eat is about as acceptable as waiting 3hrs for my order. apparently all I can do is leave a bad review, there is no option to get compensated for this truly shocking service

Burger was cold. Saladless and sauceless. Shame because it was a good quality patty. Chips were lukewarm carboard that went cold quickly and were completely unseasoned. Disgraceful considering how much it cost.

Really really disappointed food was awful. Ordered 2 portions of cheesey potato skins, the potato was undercooked and hard and there was hardly any cheese on, one potato skin didn’t have any cheese! Also ordered vegan garlic cheese pizza as there was no option for normal cheese garlic pizza, was absolutely disgusting couldn’t eat it. Ended up throwing it away after 1 slice and didn’t even touch the second portion of potato skins was so bad.
