Say fries with burgers and fries not received. Spoiled what would have been a great meal. Burgers are delicious

Food was awful.. paid £30 for Cajun chicken pasta and loaded fries and there was no sauce on the pasta just dry seasoning, burnt chicken and I can’t fathom what was on the fries but it was dry not loaded and to top it all the food was cold even though it arrived on time.
