Saturday 17 February 2024When delivered I opened the bag to find that all my freezing cold cans of pop were just randomly placed into the box full of my glazed chicken bites, so the chicken was freezing cold and cans covered in sauce and grease. My milkshake came only half filled in the cup🤦‍♂️ and I was missing 3 items. Absolutely shocking so won’t be ordering from them again!

Saturday 30 December 2023Ordered at 5.45pm and didn’t get my food until 8.25pm. Disgusting customer service all around. Food was unable to be eaten as it wasn’t fit for consumption! The driver was rude, made me uncomfortable and took 25 minutes to get to my door since being in my estate. He kept putting the phone down, didn’t/couldn’t understand English or maps as he put a random stranger on the phone who informed me he wasn’t near my address. I want a FULL REFUND!
