I ordered a special family meal, which cost over a £100. There were missing items when delivered, so I phoned the restaurant and asked them to deliver the missing items. I was told by the manager that they couldn’t deliver the missing items and I had to complain to just eat, as they couldn’t do anything. The customer service could be so much better.
