Hot dog was just dumped in some bread with no sauce in it or in the bag . Was hard to chew , chips was cold and hard to eat . Pasta was just plain . Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the hot dog

I ordered a kids meal. Yes, MEAL. The description clearly states 3 tenders, a portion of chips and a side of beans. I was sent three measly tenders. Absolutely disgraceful. Having to spend out elsewhere to feed my child. Sort it out.

The delivery was on time and the food was good, but unfortunately, our drinks order wasn't with our delivery. This was frustrating as we are away for the weekend, stuck in our hotel due to rioting happening nearby and not having our drinks was not helpful at all. We had no way of contacting our driver or restaurant.

My food never turned up. Absolutely disgraceful. TGi is my fave and so disappointed. Nothing on them, at all and I spoke to a lovely guy and he was very apologetic. Just Eat need to refund my order

the order came on time but was missing a House fries and one of the fries only had 4 pieces in, so had to share what we go out so 1 wasn't without
