Although we did receive our order, the driver went from Teesside Park to Middlesbrough and was there for about 20 minutes before driving to our house 20 minutes from Middlesbrough. When he arrived he asked which restaurant we had ordered from because he had probably 3 or 4 orders. The food arrived cold probably because of the long detour to Middlesbrough which is unacceptable

Abysmal deliveries from TGIs, far worse than any other Just Eat restaurant locally. Food always arrives ice cold, with items missing, and constant driver multi-apping. Go in person or don't bother.

Order was all messed up, two cheeseburgers instead of one glazed, a portion of chips missing, no sauces sent, no hand wipes sent. Delivery time kept adding time every time I refreshed for about an hour until it finally said they were on the way. Not great
