Normally rate this place as one of the best Philly steak places in Southside. However tonight all food was freezing, Philly steak meat very chewy/overcooked so meat inedible. Hoping this was a one off and they’ll back to their usual high standards or will need to find a new place.

Food was 25 minutes late, food was cold & also forgot to include my juice that I’d paid for. Requested a full refund from just eat as going by other reviews this isn’t the first time customers have had issues with this place. Very poor! Won’t be ordering again unfortunately

No food delivered. Ignores calls. When they finally did answer they were very unhelpful and hung up. It’s a shame because I’ve ordered before and there was no issues. Will not be ordering from here again from now on.

I pacifically added a note to make sure my food would be hot and it arrived cold. The condensation in the chips packaging had soaked the chips. This the second order that has arrived cold...!!!!!
