I Was given someone elses order and when telling the driver he was rude and said i was wrong and he refused to take the order back. The order number is different to the order number that i placed.

Burgers we're very good and cooked well. a little cool but it was a cold day so can be forgiven. chunky chips however we're cold and undercooked. Somewhat disappointing.

food arrived cold, milkshake came without any cover and so was half empty. Missed an item off of my order (no side). overall massive drop in quality since last I ordered, will have to find a new burger place, thankfully not short of options

Small portions, Fries arrived cold and soggy. Had to put them in air fryer. Burger was nice but looked so underwhelming compared to the photos. Usually GBK I nice. Very disappointed

A little bit about us

We take our burgers seriously. Burgers cooked medium rare carry a higher risk of food poisoning. Unlike a steak, a burger needs to be cooked through to reduce that risk. The Food Standards Agency recommends that children, pregnant women and anyone with a weaker immune system have their burgers well done. Allergies: We are unfortunately unable to process any allergy orders via our delivery partners due to the contamination risk in transit which we have limited control over. Please call the restaurant directly for any further information or queries relating to this. We will happily be able to cater for any allergy orders collected directly from our restaurants in person
