we apologies for missing the instructions and drinks arriving warm. we make all our drinks fresh to order and the should be ice cold. The delay could have been with the driver. we will be more diligent in accepting orders with instructions.

We expertly brew our tea and prepare your favourite Bubble Tea along with other
menu items fresh in our store kitchen every day. We handled different ingredients
daily including those containing allergens. While we try and keep things
seperate we cannot guarantee any menu item is allergen free.
