Sunday 01 December 2024Our food never arrived at all after we waited 2 hours for it. I rang the Takeaway and they said the Just Eat delivery drivers had not been turning up for the last 3 days!! My food was thrown away as they are now take away was now closed. I am disgusted by this and want a full refund asap!!!

Friday 29 November 2024This order was not delivered. This order never arrived after waiting over one hour of estimated delivery time. Disgusted customer service. I was charged for delivery and service charge that I didn't get.

We hope just eat allow what we’re goi v to say here, but our part of the contract is to except orders on a terminal machine then cook the food when told, Just Eats are then supposed to make sure there drivers pick up the food and deliver it to the customer, when it’s busy drivers either don’t bother to pick up or if they do they sometimes don’t deliver who knows what they do with your food. Please come into the shop and get your food for up to 40% less too. Sorry but it’s not GEORGE GERRYS FAULT

You need to contact Just Eat directly because we fulfilled our part of the contract with Just Eat and prepared your food at it was picked up.

Monday 25 November 2024Ordered steak pie and received steak and kidney pie.
I cannot tolerate steak and kidney pie it makes me physically unwell. Really disappointed. The chips, peas and gravy was nice and fresh.

We only serve steak and kidney pie as it said on your order , so we are not at fault if you check our menu again you will see it states Steak and Kidney!
