    my order was placed at 1430 as I'm on nights and got delivered at 1645, 2 hrs 15 mins is not acceptable, food was not even hot when delivered. if I had know there was such a long wait I would not of ordered

    I can’t believe this! I’m always satisfied with my orders but I am disappointed today. I ordered food for my oldest and it took way too long to come. When it arrived it had only ONE hash browns with cheese! There must have been something wrong here. If I could get a refund ASAP it would really help.

    1:40 from ordering to delivery. Stone cold food. No way of getting through to anyone to find out what was happening, only a useless chatbot
