Food arrived stone cold, and I've been given £5 credit as refund for £20 worth of inedible food. Not impressed, wouldn't order from GDK again

Imagine getting presented with the boss box for the first time where it's all neat, nicely presented, well packaged and everything. So much effort. Then you find out that the restaurant has packed the incorrect kebab inside the box so I am left awkwardly sat there halfway into my friend's meal and he being halfway into mine before realising. This isn't the first time where the wrong kebab gets the wrong meat / veg from the other in the same order. Food is great but there is poor attention to detail from staff that prepare the food, again, not being the first time we have experienced this. The last time we ordered was in 2021 so at least this place shows consistency in something.

ordered 2 donner chips and cheese boxes, 1 with only beef and 1 mixed but with the Jalapenos removed we got 2 beef with the jalapenos still in it so 1 person was very disappointed. the beef was overcooked and crusty too. Very disappointed, don't think I will use that one again

I ordered when they were closed and they made fun of me, I ordered 2 kebab mixes and they just put salad in it without meat! It's closed now, but I'm going there tomorrow.
