Order never arrived. Hotel reception have someone on their desk 24hours a day, the order did not turn up, refund needs to be issued please.

My first order was cancelled then reordered and waited ages for app to change from order received to order out for delivery then kept checking and waiting no call was made like us al if they can’t find the place my food was left in a reception area going cold for over 15
