Food never even turned up at my door payed full price for everything can’t even get a refund

We're sorry you didn't receive your order Teddy, however when we delivered your order there was no answer and we tried to call you on numerous occasions to tell you the driver was outside. We even contacted Just Eat to tell them there was a problem and they advised to leave it at the door which is what we did. We have a photo of the order at your door too which confirms the order did in fact, turn up at your door. That's the reason you won't receive a refund, it's not fair that my business loses the money for the order due to customer behaviour.

A standard kebab, plenty of donor meat, a bit of chicken and lamb shish, a wrap, a pitta, small amount of salad. Sauces not that great to be honest.

Chips were hard and kebab was drowned in sauce. Cake was stale, sad times. Would maybe order again but without the sauce or cake.

We're really sorry your cake wasn't as delicious as it should've been, we've noticed a problem with the boxes we use for the cake which meant that they weren't airtight as they should be. We have contacted our supplier to raise the concerns and hopefully avoid this issue going forward. We appreciate your custom and thank you for ordering.

Grease was literally dripping from the kebab, couldn’t eat it, normally one of the best takeaways!
