Very disappointed, batter was hard and the whole meal was luke warm, perhaps paying for delivery boys in cars rather than bikes would help, even so that won't make the meal any tastier

This was awful. Old chips re-cooked rather than fresh, same with the sausage - it was soaking with scalding oil coz they re-cooked old stock. First time this has happened from here, quite disgusted to be honest.

service promotes 15-20 minutes, but the delivery/restaurant pushed the time back twice. should have been delivered for 13:40, then it was due 14:05, then actually turned up at 14:20. When was 40 minutes acceptable when you say 15 - 20 minutes.

It was a bit cold tonight which is really unusual. It's usually delivered quickly and piping hot. I ordered right before closing so yhat may explain it.
