The food here is great when you actually get it, but in this case it was marked as delivered but nothing showed up.

Food is good but we ordered items without the "chili" sign so they would not be too hot. It doesn't seem to make any difference as everything is hot (we chose items with the "chili" sign before and they were just as hot).

The worst Indian Ive ever ordered . 1 hour late . Cold and soggy . Poppadoms were soggy . Nan was cold and soggy . Chicken panoramic cold and soggy . Absolutely raging . Never again

Hi George, Thank you for sharing your experience. Your food order was delivered through Just eats drivers. Usually they deliver orders within 30 minutes. Some are new and collecting 2-3 orders same time using bicycles for delivery. Here we make food with in 20 minutes. If anyone orders through just eat , please wait for maximum 40 minutes, if still not arrived please call just eat and request a refund. Our food is so good, but we are also not happy to read feedback like this when we work hard preparing your order with in very limited time. Sincere apologies from our end.

Eventually delivered after a 2hrs & 30 mins wait! I tried to cancel after 90mins, however I was advised that I would still have to pay in full. I also telephoned the restaurant who said that my meal "is on it's way", clearly this was not true as @ that point they didn't even have a deliver driver organised. My very first and last order from here!
