Friday 14 March 2025the fish was absolutely amazing but the chips and cheese was so cold and old chips it hadn't melted the cheese and the chips where hard and cold but the fish is a 10 out of 10

Hello Lee thanks for your review. I agree our fish is amazing. Sorry to hear about the chips and cheese however we do not have old chips they are not in there long enough to be old (without sounding arrogant) and we do not melt cheese onto them they melt as much as they do on the journey. Perhaps this is due to delivery time taken? So will certainly look into it 👍
